(Reuters) – Full Sail IP Partners, a Warburg Pincus-backed financial investment firm that gets brand names, informed Reuters it has bought the rights to Odwalla from Coca-Cola Co in a quote to restore the juice and shake label that the soft drinks huge ceased last year.This is the first acquisition Full Sail IP Partners has made because its launch as a joint venture in between Warburg Pincus and brand name licensing consultant LMCA in April.
